The company Hagopian was well known in the Detroit area for carpet installation and rug cleaning, but its project to target the interior design industry required a much more nuanced approach than they were used to. Mad Union worked with Amy Flurry of Recipe for Press to brand their vintage rug repair, cleaning and resale shop through a new logomark and Shopify online store. The result is a blend of subtle industrial grit and vibrant patterns of color from all over the globe, offering interior designers an endless parade of vintage rugs to use as inspiration pieces.
